These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Tide VPN Android app and its VPN connection service, provided by Tide VPN Team.
By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

2.Service features
Tide VPN provides access to available VPN locations. Available locations, connection features, and access conditions may vary based on service capacity, maintenance, security requirements, and app version.
This version of the app does not collect personal data. How the app handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.
3.System approval and your device
You decide whether to approve Android’s VPN connection request. The app cannot establish a VPN tunnel without the required system approval.
You are responsible for your device, network access, and use of a supported app version. Notification permission is separate from VPN approval.
4.Acceptable use
Use the service in compliance with applicable law. You must not use it to:
- Infringe another person’s rights.
- Distribute malicious software or conduct fraudulent activities.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt networks or service infrastructure.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, devices, or nodes.
- Copy, resell, or exploit the service without authorization.
Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5.Availability and changes
Available locations, connection quality, and app features may change.
We may suspend or modify a location or feature for maintenance, security, repair, or legal requirements, with notice where required by law.
We do not guarantee a particular connection speed, geographic availability, uninterrupted access, or successful connection.
6.Intellectual property
The app and its original interface, names, marks, and content belong to their respective rights holders or licensors.
Subject to these terms, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the app as offered. These terms do not transfer ownership or authorize copying, resale, or redistribution of protected content.
7.Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis, without a guarantee that it will meet every purpose or remain uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8.Access restrictions and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security incidents, legal obligations, or service retirement, subject to applicable law.
You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling also removes the information the app stores on your device.
9.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, legal requirements, or operational needs. We will publish the updated terms with a revised date and provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
